You also agree to not infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, and not to post any inappropriate, offensive, or false information through the platform. The Company may terminate your account and access to the platform if you violate these conditions.
The Company’s platform and all related materials, including software, content, and designs, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of the Company. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Company provides its platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or services included on the platform. The Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the Company will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
